New York City: In-person, 15 minute Alexander Technique lessons at Spooksvilla + Friends on Saturday, October 25th from 12-6pm. $20.

Discover your most optimal posture!  The Alexander Technique is a mind/body awareness-building practice that sets up the conditions for cultivating proper posture, healing and self-agency.  This 15 minute lesson will give you a glimpse into what your physical and mental habits are and how you can use self-knowledge to improve your quality of life. 

Using gentle touch, Jill will help you connect to your best posture for healthy living.  In addition to positively impacting overall mental and physical health, this technique can be applied to many specific activities that are including, but not limited to: tasks that cause chronic pain, public speaking, singing, sitting at a desk all day, playing an instrument, yoga, walking, playing sports, for those who are hyper mobile and much more. This technique also reduces stress through mindful movement.

Please arrive 5 minutes before your lesson and wear something comfortable that makes you feel good.
